Isabelle v. Lim is an award winning artist from Singapore. She is a Maitre Pastellist of the Societe des Pastellistes de France and a Master Circle member of the International Association of Pastel Societies (IAPS). In 2015, Pastel Society of America honored her as the Friend of Pastel. Her works are featured in many magazines, books and internet platforms.
