A 100% Cotton Archival Pastel Paper

Pastel Premier is a 100% Cotton, Acid Free, Archival Quality Paper made in the USA. It has the most beautiful working surface that grips and holds many layers of pastel. The unique surface is created by double priming the 100% cotton base paper and then coating it with aluminium oxide abrasive. A final seal layer is then applied making the surface incredibly durable and able to withstand reworking and scrubbing with ease. The surface is uniform from edge to edge ensuring detail can be achieved. Underpainting with acrylic, inks, oil and watercolours is fine although alcohol is not recommended.

Pastel Premier is available in two grades:
Fine - White Only, 600 Grade
Medium - 4 Colours, 400 Grade

Five Sheet Minimum for Large Sheets and Boards
Large sheets and boards are denoted with an  L. There is a 5 sheet minimum for large sheets and boards. You can mix any colours or brands to reach the five sheet minimum.
