Blockx Soft PastelsThe Blockx pastels from Belgium were first introduced in 1865 by the company founder, Jacques Blockx. There are 204 colours in the range all of which are handmade and lightfast. The pastels have a really unique feel, being velvety soft but also maintaining a slight hardness. This make the pastels really useful for a wide range of tasks. Of note is the pigmentation of the pastels provides exceptional tinting strength.
