Colourfix Paper and Boards

Colourfix is a fantastic pastel paper that is able to hold multiple layers of pastel. We have three varieties in stock:

- Colourfix Original Paper 340gsm
- Colourfix Original Foam Core Boards
- Colourfix Smooth Paper 340gsm
- Colourfix Pads in Original and Smooth


 

Colourfix Original has a medium tooth which will hold multiple layers of pastel without the need for fixative, allowing the velvet bloom and vibrant colour of pastel to be preserved.

Colourfix Original Foam Core Boards. Same surface as the paper applied to a lightweight but very strong foam core board.

Colourfix Smooth has a fine tooth which is excellent for completing more detailed work. The Smooth paper also holds pastel well.

Colourfix Pads contain 12 sheets and are interlaced with glassine paper to protect the artworks. The Warm themed pads contain 3 sheets each of Sand, Soft Umber, Aubergine and Terracotta. The Cool themed pasds contain 3 sheets each of Blue Haze, Rose Grey, Fresh Grey and Elephant.

5 Sheet Minimum for Large Sheets
Large sheets are denoted with an  L. There is a 5 sheet minimum for the large sheets. You can mix any colours or brands to reach the five sheet minimum.
